10+ years of experiences in Environmental Engineering and Environmental, Health and Safety fields at pharmaceutical and consulting companies. 5+ years of experiences at the Environmental, Health and Safety Department of Puerto Rico´s pharmaceuticals leader companies, managing and overseeing compliance programs for potable water, air emissions, ODS, Storm Water (Industrial and Construction), SPCC, Recycling, Process Safety Management, among others. In addition, serving as liaison and consultant for manufacturing and warehouse building leadership team, including day-to-day operations support, incident investigations, operation improvement, and attending internal and external inspectors and auditor, including Federal and State environmental agencies, US FDA auditors, and International auditors. 5+ years of experiences in the environmental, health and safety consulting services, working for companies in pharmaceutical, medical devices, construction, agriculture, electronic components, plastics, commercial, among others sectors. Preparing environmental documents including SWPPP, SPCC Plans, Sample Siting Plans, Waste Minimization Plans, environmental and construction permit applications, Federal and State reports, construction and industrial inspection and audits, among others.
